The natural gifts of the surrounding land and structures on-site are what set the ranch apart. The most notable feature is the Lincoln National Forest. The forest provides perpetual privacy and serves as a gateway for the abundant wildlife. Also, just south you will find Bonita Lake; stocked frequently, the lake has a good population of brook trout, bass and carp. On the ranch there are full service equestrian facilities and accommodations that include 5 guest cottages and historic adobe house.
Elk and Mule Deer are abundant on the property due to the neighboring National Forest. Pine and Pinon Forests onsite provide ideal conditions for game.
